Life in The Hills

My photo
Beverly Hills, CA, United States
As a native Southern Californian, I am blessed to have grown up in an area that encompasses year-round beautiful weather, amazing Real Estate, great cuisine, and world influencing entertainment. Having some of the most outstanding homes in America within a 5 mile radius definitely makes my role as a Beverly Hills Realtor unique! In and out of the Golden Triangle, guiding sellers and buyers through their real estate journey, in a one of a kind neighborhood, is a fulfilling and exciting career which I am grateful to have and am happy to share with you. Selling real estate in this area of the country is not just a privilege, it's a lifestyle as well as a gift.

Frank Lloyd Wright's Millard House Hits The Market!

When it comes to historic architecture, Frank Lloyd Wright is a household name who holds a significant amount of prestige around the world and more specifically in the Los Angeles real estate community. While his work is vast, one of his most well known styles remains to be the textile block, or Usonian homes. With only four of these homes ever erected, Los Angeles County has the pleasure of housing every one of these properties. And the house that started it all, which initially received harsh criticism, is none other than the Millard House.

This 4 bed 4 bath home comprises 4,230sqft of living space and sits on close to an acre of land in pleasant and plush Pasadena. The legendary mansion was constructed in 1924 for a book dealer named Alice Millard, who was a repeat client of Wright's. Better known as La Miniatura, this masterpiece appears to be in much better condition than the recently sold Ennis House, and will surely be a treasure to the lucky buyer who picks it up.

This historic architectural property is currently being offered at $4,995,000.
