Brittany Murphy's Home MUST Go!

The time has come for the late Brittany Murphy and Husband Simon Monjack's Hollywood Hills home to be transferred. Since their passing, Brittany's Mother, Sharon Murphy has occupied the home where both her Duaghter and Son-In Law passed. While the home was initially forced on to the open market due to Foreclosure, negotiations are currently being executed to push through a traditional sale before LA County auctions the home off.

This large Sunset Strip estate sits atop a quiet Hollywood Hills Celebrity occupied street and was the former residence of famed couple Brittney Spears and Justin Timberlake, and prior to that the one and only Madonna! The home was on the market last year for $7.25 Million with no offers. Due to the hardship being faced with financial matter, it is likely the house will transfer for no more than $5 Million now.
