A couple notable properties transferred off the market today and have set a nice tone for the kickoff of February! Fortunately for the Sellers, this home sold @ close to list price for $1,825,250.00.

The classic 1920's mansion stands its ground with a towering main house, an ample guest house, home theatre, pool and extensive attention to detail. The happy buyer walked away with a great deal @ $2,075,000.00
